Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and fulfillment location.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods

We ship using a combination of:

  • Parcel carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS)

  • Freight carriers for larger or heavier items

Shipping method is determined based on item size, weight, and delivery location.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination:

  • Standard parcel shipments: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Freight shipments: 7–14 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

 

Freight & Large Item Deliveries

Some products ship via freight (LTL) and require:

  • A valid delivery address accessible by a freight truck

  • Someone available to receive and inspect the shipment at delivery

Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery unless otherwise specified. Additional services (liftgate, residential delivery, appointment delivery) may be available at an extra cost.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed or refused deliveries may result in additional fees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in the product price, depending on the item.

For freight items, shipping costs may be estimated and subject to adjustment prior to shipment. Customers will be notified if any changes are required.

 

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

For freight shipments, tracking updates may be limited until the carrier schedules delivery.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

  • Take photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Luminarystoresinc@gmail.com

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Jake’s Home Supply is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused shipments

Additional shipping fees may apply in these cases.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship to U.S. addresses only.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations.
